Mitsubishi Fuso to present industrial engine models at bauma CHINA 2020

• Mitsubishi Fuso to display industrial engines compliant with China IV non-road emissions standards.
• This marks Mitsubishi Fuso’s fourth participation in the biannual event and represents its commitment to the robust Chinese market.

Shanghai, China/Kawasaki, Japan — Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC; headquarters: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO Hartmut Schick), is pleased to announce its participation in bauma CHINA 2020 in collaboration with local general distributor Shanghai Rongshang Machinery Equipment Co., LTD. FUSO industrial engines for the growing Chinese market will be on display at the event taking place in Shanghai from November 24th to 27th.

bauma CHINA is known as the largest international trade fair for the construction and mining industries in China; this year, more than 2,800 exhibitors are showcasing their newest technologies and services. Mitsubishi Fuso’s booth features the full lineup for the market, including products compliant with China IV non-road emissions standards, which are expected to come into effect in the near future. MFTBC’s China IV non-road compliant engines achieve environmentally conscious performance in addition to the proven quality and durability required by local OEMs of excavators and other heavy machinery.

FUSO industrial engines, which are exported out MFTBC’s Kawasaki Plant, have been locally distributed in the mainland Chinese market since 2006. Currently, in-market sales of FUSO engines are conducted through a partnership with Shanghai Rongshang Machinery Equipment, specialists in the industrial engine business. In the past decade, the demand for efficient and reliable industrial engines within the construction industry has grown considerably due to urbanization and continued investment in infrastructure projects. With the introduction of these new products, Mitsubishi Fuso expects to further strengthen its growing business in the economic powerhouse.
