大・中型トラック、バスにおいて、駐車ブレーキのハンドコントロールバルブ内ピストンの構造が不適切なため、使用過程における圧縮空気中に含まれる水分によってピストンの全長が増大し、排気バルブの開度が小さくなる場合がある。 そのため、駐車ブレーキチャンバーからの排気が遅くなり、駐車ブレーキに作動遅れが生じ、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、駐車ブレーキの制動力が低下し、最悪の場合、車両が動き出すおそれがある。 |

| 改善措置の内容 | 全車両、ハンドコントロールバルブを対策品に交換する。なお、対策品の全数供給に時間を要するため、暫定措置として駐車ブレーキの作動の良否を点検し、次の対応を行う。
