キャビン床下のシャシ用電気配線の取り回しが不適切なため､エンジンハーネスを固定する金具と当該配線が干渉するものがある。そのため､そのままの状態で使用を続けると、走行等の振動により当該配線がショートしてヒューズが切れる、又は断線して、最悪の場合、速度計が作動しなくなる、又は方向指示器及び非常点滅表示灯が点灯しなくなるおそれがある。 | ||
| 改善措置の内容 |
全車両、シャシ用電気配線と金具の隙間を点検し､隙間が規定値以下の場合クランプ位置を調整し隙間を確保する。隙間調整が困難な場合は、当該配線の取付金具を対策品と交換する。 なお、当該配線が損傷している場合は､補修を実施する。 |
