大型観光バスにおいて、パワーステアリングオイルポンプの吐出量のバラツキにより、オイルの温度がリターンホースの耐熱温度を超えるものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、リターンホースがパワーステアリングオイルタンクから外れてオイルが漏れ、操舵力が増大するおそれがある。 | ||
| 改善措置の内容 | 走行距離が10万km以上の車両は、パワーステアリングオイルタンクの色を点検し、パワーステアリングオイルポンプに問題があると判断された場合は、パワーステアリングオイルポンプ、タンク、ホース一式を対策品に交換する。 また、登録後1年以内または走行距離が10万km未満の車両は、パワーステアリングオイルタンクの色変化が少なくパワーステアリングオイルポンプの良否判断が困難であるため、パワーステアリングオイルタンクの色点検を行わずにパワーステアリングオイルポンプ、タンク、ホース一式を対策品に交換する。 |
