大型トラックに搭載されている高圧エアシステムにおいて、エアコンプレッサの選定が不適切なため、エアコンプレッサにより圧縮された空気中に含まれている油分が炭化し、エアチャージパイプ内に堆積することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、堆積した炭化物によりエアチャージパイプが破損してエアが圧送できなくなり、最悪の場合、路上故障に至るおそれがある。 | ||
| 改善措置の内容 | 全車両、エアチャージパイプ内の炭化物の堆積状況を点検するとともに、エアチャージパイプ一式を新品に交換する。併せて、エアチャージパイプ内に著しい炭化物の堆積が認められた場合は、エアコンプレッサを現行品に交換する。 さらに、エアドライヤまでのエアチャージラインを点検し、他の部品においても炭化物の堆積が認められた場合は、部品の清掃・交換を行う。 また、メンテナンスノートに、エアチャージラインの定期点検を追記する。 |
