大型路線バスにおいて、前軸の塗装工程が不適切なため、ラジアスロッド取付け金具面の塗料が乾いていない状態で当該取付け金具を組付けたものがある。そのため、塗料の乾燥に伴って当該取付け金具を締結しているボルトに緩みが生じ、最悪の場合、ラジアスロッドやショックアブソーバが外れるおそれがある。 | ||
| 改善措置の内容 | 全車両、前軸からラジアスロッド取付け金具を取り外し、フロントアクスル側取付け面の塗料削除と当該ブラケット側取付け面の清掃を実施した後、当該ブラケットを再組み付けする。 | ||
