自動6速マニュアルモードトランスミッション(6AMT)搭載車において、冠水路等を走行し、トランスミッション下部の水抜き穴から水が浸入した場合、クラッチレバーの支点部の表面処理が不適切だったため、支点部が錆びるものがある。 そのため、クラッチレバーの摺動不良により変速遅れが発生し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると錆びが進行し、最悪の場合、クラッチレバーが動かなくなるため、警告灯が点灯及び警告音が鳴動するとともに、保護制御によりギヤが固定されて変速できなくなり、停車後に発進できなくなるおそれがある。 |

| 改善措置の内容 | 全車両、クラッチレバーを新品に変えるとともに支点部にグリスを塗布し、更に3年毎に案内のうえ、グリスの再塗布を行う。 なお、交換部品が準備できるまでは、暫定対応として、支点部の錆を落としたうえでグリス塗布のみを行い、交換部品の準備ができ次第改めて案内をする。 |
