| 改善措置の内容 | 全車両、噴射ポンプの品番を点検し、該当品はラックの材質および形状を変更した噴射ポンプに交換する。また、噴射ポンプの取付状態を点検し、未対策の場合は、噴射ポンプにブラケットを追加する。 | ||
