エンジン制御用電気配線において、配線被覆の耐摩耗性が不足しているため、エンジン振動等により、電気配線の屈曲部の配線被覆が電気配線保護管(コルゲートチューブ)と擦れて摩耗損傷するものがある。 そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、電気配線がショートまたは断線してエンジンが停止し、最悪の場合、再始動できなくなるおそれがある。 |

| 改善措置の内容 |
全車両、当該電気配線を電気配線保護管(ロールチューブ)付の対策品に交換する。また、噴射ポンプに付属する電気配線については、被覆を点検し、その状態により以下の措置を行なう｡ 損傷により芯線の露出がある場合：噴射ポンプ一式を対策品と交換する。 損傷はあるが芯線の露出がない場合：配線を修理するとともに電気配線保護管を対策品に交換する。  損傷がない場合：電気配線保護管を対策品に交換する。
