クロスメンバ及びリーフスプリング取付金具の強度が不足しているため、旋回を繰り返すと、クロスメンバ及びリーフスプリング取付金具に亀裂が生じるものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、リーフスプリング取付金具が破損し、走行不能となるおそれがある。 | ||
| 改善措置の内容 | 全車両、クロスメンバ及びリーフスプリング取付金具を対策品に交換する。なお、対策品の供給に時間を要することから、暫定措置として当該部を点検し、クロスメンバに亀裂が発生している場合には、溶接補修し、リーフスプリング取付金具に亀裂が発生している場合には、新品と交換し、後日対策品と交換する。 | ||
